The Alabama Aviation College is working to inspire a new generation of workers in aviation.
Students are learning from instructors with the college through different projects and workshops about what goes into getting a plane into the air.
Students this summer are learning from instructors in the college through different projects and workshops about what goes into getting a plane into the air. ”I love learning about it, but I also want to fly. I really have never flown in an Army-type helicopter. I have flown in planes and rescue-style helicopters, but never the Army type. I look forward to that, just looking at it is amazing how history is repeating but making all these new planes,” Kollier said.
