Ottawa Redblacks\u0027 No. 1 QB, Jeremiah Masoli, is gone for the season. The No. 3 QB? Gone. The No. 2 QB has been passed by the No. 4.
But life goes on. The Redblacks will go into their next game, Saturday at home against Winnipeg, with a new starting quarterback. And they’ve added two new faces to the quarterback competition.First, though, for those wondering, the Redblacks did reach out to former Toronto Argos quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson, who is coming off a season with the USFL’s New Orleans Breakers. That may have been Option 1.
And all of this is happening with the Bombers, who’ve played in the last three Grey Cups, winning two of them, coming to town for a Saturday game.Article content “We had opportunities to see Nick earlier in the year and he’s still a big part of what we’re doing.
