After Anakin’s apparent “death,” Leia was raised on the planet Alderaan by Bail Organa and his wife. The Star Wars movies only portray Leia as an adult, but the limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi explores young Leia’s childhood personality.
Posing the two exactly like the real-life photo, Anakin is shown drinking the Jedi’s version of a coffee, presumably having waited in his chair for some time.
