Foster parents in Adams County are facing serious child endangerment charges after the lenghty abuse of a young boy in their custody.

When they arrived on scene, officers say they were met by a female of the household who's boyfriend had made the report. Some of the alleged abuse included taking the child's bed away and making him "earn" it back as well as items on the bed like his pillow and blankets. On one occasion, the couple also allegedly made the boy stand in their kitchen and wear a dress from a child they had previously fostered, so that family members could ridicule him.
