It is a deep dive that gets to the heart of who we are and what we are meant to do. Unless we enjoy what we do, we find a way to make it not work. A lot of clients ask, “Should I tell my boss about my ADHD?” Unless you can clearly define how ADHD affects you in the workplace, and can replace the negatives with positives that benefit everyone, I wouldn’t say anything until you’ve worked through it with a therapist or a coach.
