Adele's out with a new song and video. We think we spy a subtle F-U to the haters in the video. Do you agree?
After a five-year hiatus, Adele has finally returned her voice to our radios with new song “Easy on Me," and fans couldn’t be more excited. Since watching the song teaser that Adele released on October 5th, we’ve been anticipating its release.
The video begins in black and white with the singer exiting a house, which fans have speculated to be the house Adele moves into at the end of her “Hello” music video. The parallels between the two videos clearly tell the story of Adele’s romantic journey from 2015 up until now. Talking to an unknown listener on the phone, Adele casually says that she’s “All done now. All packed. About to leave,” which is clearly representative of her leaving her past life and marriage.
