of the attack on the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C., a crowd of over 150 people spaced themselves throughout Hinds Plaza in Princeton Thursday night to remember the event, at a candlelight vigil and rally.
“And it’s you know, it’s hard enough for African Americans in this country and it’s being made harder by denying voting rights to African Americans, and to poor people,” Marmon said., concurred in his remarks addressing the subject of voting rights legislation, calling it, “an emergency for U.S. democracy.”
