The organization responsible for overturning affirmative action at colleges and universities is going after the military academies.
Cadets march during their commencement ceremony on June 13, 2020, at West Point. Students for Fair Admissions, which recently won a victory in the Supreme Court in cases involving affirmative action in college admissions, is suing the U.S. Military Academy over the same legal matter.
He went on:"Because the U.S. Supreme Court's recent opinion in the SFFA case expressly forbids all institutions of higher education from using race in admissions decisions, it must follow that theNewsweek ,"SFFA has members who will be applying to West Point soon, so this was the necessary action to take."
