The New Year's Eve fire that caused a 'total loss' of the Planned Parenthood building in Knoxville, Tenn., has been ruled an arson, investigators say.
Investigators and officials have ruled that the New Year's Eve fire at a Knoxville Planned Parenthood building was intentional.
The fire was ruled an arson on Thursday after officials from the Knoxville Fire Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated the scene. Officials say they don't know who set the fire.
