The 103-101 four-overtime win over North Carolina on Nov. 28 pushed Alabama’s record to 4-7 in those games.
Alabama coach Nate Oats points out that number can be skewed by Houston’s high number of offensive rebounds which doesn’t reset that clock in KenPom’s calculations. Houston is 12th nationally getting 14.0 offensive rebounds a game while Alabama’s No. 1 with 16.8.-- KenPom gives Alabama just a 23% chance of getting this road win. That’s the lowest percentage on Alabama’s schedule with road games at Tennessee and Auburn the next lowest.
