As the founder of a fashion brand with nearly 90 stores spread across the world—many, if not all, of which are currently closed due to the pandemic—he’s facing tough decisions, from how to safely ship current-season merchandise to whether or not to proceed with winter 2020/2021 development and production.in this Q&A.
