The stabbing in Bradford County occurred while the two were engaged in a 'tug of war' over a Nerf gun
TOWANDA – No criminal charges will be filed against the 9-year-old boy who fatally stabbed an 11-year-old in Bradford County last year.
“The Delinquency Act applies to children 10 years of age and older. Children under 10 can potentially be found dependent, but the law would question whether a child under 10 is capable of criminal intent.” The victim was transported to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre where life-saving efforts failed and he was pronounced dead at 8:45 p.m.
