Nine people were shot in San Francisco's Mission District Friday night, police say. All are expected to survive.
The San Francisco Police Department is investigating after officials say that nine people were shot in the city's Mission District Friday night.Police said when their officers arrived on scene, they found"multiple victims" with gunshot wounds.
San Francisco police said that a total of nine people were shot but are expected to survive. Police added the incident appeared to be targeted and isolated. There is also no known threat to the public at the time.According to Santiago Lerma, San Francisco Supervisor Hillary Ronen’s legislative aide, at least five people were taken to the hospital. One victim is currently in surgery and four others suffered minor injuries.
