When police checked a van parked between lanes, they found the driver asleep
A motorist who was found “slumped over the wheel asleep” in the middle of a Watford road has been fined.
When police officers checked a Ford Transit parked between lanes one and two in Waterfields Way they found Abdullah Azhar asleep.The charge was proved in his absence at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on January 26, and he was ordered to pay a total of £729.
