A 6-year-old girl was stabbed in the back at her Bronx home, allegedly by a teen cousin visiting from another borough, the NYPD said.

The incident unfolded just before 2 a.m. on Vyse Avenue, near Whitlock Avenue, when the relative — a 16-year-old autistic cousin — lashed out, according to authorities. The stunned mother dialed 911 and EMS raced the child to Lincoln Hospital, where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, the NYPD said.
