UPDATE: The victim has been identified by police as Nevaughn Beasley, 50, of West Philadelphia. He was allegedly killed by a man who lived along the same block.
A fight over a parking spot between neighbors turned into a deadly shooting on Saturday afternoon in West Philadelphia, police said.
Officials said that Beasley was killed by Rasheed Morrison, 29, also of West Philadelphia, after the men argued over a parking spot. The two men, police claim, engaged in an argument and when Beasley exited his vehicle, Morrison drove his vehicle into the front bumper of Beasley's SUV.
