I would treat this bread as a dessert and eat in very modest portions because there are over 240 calories in just one slice," says Clair.A slice of something like this vanilla brioche loaf may sound like a delicious way to start your day, but dietitians warn that you may want to only consume in moderation.
"This bread has more calories and sugar than many others. Generally, brioche-style bread has very little fiber and nutrients and is calorie-dense," says Clair.
