Dallas police found 43-year-old Khari Brown shot in the middle of a South Dallas road Tuesday.

A man who was found shot on a South Dallas street on Tuesday died from his injuries, police said Friday. Officers responded to the 3900 block of Diamond Avenue, near Hickman Street, about 5:10 p.m. Tuesday and found 43-year-old Khari Brown wounded in the middle of the road, police said. Brown was taken to a hospital. The Dallas County medical examiner’s office confirmed Brown died Tuesday evening.
Police said no arrests had been made. They did not say whether they had identified the shooter but said the case would be referred to a grand jury.Email Address
