Adult man and student arrested after fight breaks out at Tucson High School
In video released on social media, students can be seen fighting around Smith, who can be seen holding a student down on the pavement by his neck with his hand.
After on-campus security and police arrived, Smith and a 15-year-old student at the fight were arrested with charges.After being read his rights, Smith admitted to fighting with the teen because that student was assaulting his son, court records say. He claimed he didn't feel that it was right that his sons were being sent home through the back gate, and he was acting in defense.Smith was charged with felony disruption of an education institution.
