Third person caught, charged in triple slaying in central Pa.
Another person charged in the shootings is James Fernandez Reyes who, at 16, is too young to receive the death penalty, the district attorney’s office said.
Rosero’s arrest followed a statewide search during which investigators linked a white BMW used in the shootings to Koziara’s residence. According to the district attorney’s office, police learned she had loaned Rosero the vehicle before the shootings. With assistance from the U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force, Rosero was located in Philadelphia Tuesday night and taken into custody.
Two children ages 8, 9 and a 19-year-old, died in a shooting Tuesday along the 400 block of North Fifth Street in Lebanon. A fourth person was injured.
