A woman was fatally shot while inside a car on Chicago's Northwest Side Monday afternoon after she announced a robbery.
At about 1 p.m., a 21-year-old woman entered a vehicle in the 5200 block of West Montana and announced a robbery, police said.
During the incident, there was an exchange of gunfire between the subjects inside the vehicle and an offender outside of the vehicle. The 21-year-old inside was struck in the shoulder, back and hand and was pronounced dead at the scene.No offenders are in custody. Detectives are investigating.that I have read and agree
