2-Year-Old Killed in Fatal Crash on Highway 121, Driver Faces Manslaughter Charge |
According to police, 36-year-old Joshua Paul Hagger was driving a Dodge truck northbound on Texas 121 at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday when he struck a sedan near Cheek Sparger Road while at a high speed.
