One victim's grandmother said he went to the shop to put air in his tires before getting on the road with his kids for a day in Galveston.
HOUSTON, Texas -- Two people were killed in a shooting at a tire shop in southeast Houston, officials said.A caller stated the suspect had an automatic weapon, possibly more than one, and left the scene.
According to the caller, the suspect was standing near a gold Chevrolet Suburban, which was later confirmed to belong to one of the victims. Southeast Commander Mike Collins said a verbal argument turned physical inside of the shop. Collins said a third person who was outside working on his gold Chevrolet Suburban walked inside to try to break up the fight.
Police said surveillance video shows that's when the suspect shot more than 10 rounds, killing Miranda.
