UPDATE: 17-year-old girl fatally shot in face in Brooklyn identified
The shooting happened just after 6 p.m. at 1225 Eastern Parkway in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.
"They were chilling outside like they normally do, and someone had came and they just started throwing shots," one woman told Eyewitness News. "A lot of crazy things are going on, a lot of crazy stuff," she said. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry... she's a little girl, 17? She doesn't live any life yet."
