About two years ago my brother and I went to a local pizza place that we had a gift certificate for. We ordered our food, and the total was about $23, but the cashier didn't know how to input the certificate into the system. He told me he would be right back, and I just thought he was going to grab the manager, but! He wouldn’t even let me pay him back or give him the gift certificate. Luckily I was able to get his name, and I made sure he got reimbursed.
I drove a stick shift, and my clutch leg was the one out of commission, so I couldn't really leave the house. I was also stuck in bed with my leg in a CPM machine most of the time.
