Tucson police said a 16-year-old girl was killed in a fatal crash on Monday morning after veering into oncoming traffic, according to the statement.
When officers arrived, they found the 16-year-old driver of a black Toyota Corolla. The girl was later pronounced dead at the scene. According to interviews conducted by officers and detectives, the Corolla was headed eastbound on Mary Ann Cleveland Way when it veered into the oncoming lanes of traffic, striking the Toyota Tundra pickup headed westbound, police said.
