A 15-year-old boy was killed while surfing on a train car on Staten Island Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The teen was hit in the head by an unknown object and found unconscious on top of the Staten Island Railway car at the Eltingville stop around 1:15 p.m., according to cops.The teen was found on top of a train car.EMS rushed the teen to Staten Island University Hospital North in critical condition but he did not survive, cops said.
