, because finals are hard enough to wake up for as it is, a full breakfast is simply not an option . You're far enough into your Human Anatomy textbook to know that food is still essential and a handful of Skittles doesn't count.You probably can't survive entirely on Soylent for good, but certainly could this finals season! Each bottle has enough nutritional value to replace a whole meal. A bottle has 400 calories and contains 20% of your daily vitamins.

I found myself eating out WAY too often when I started a very competitive and time consuming job. Once I didn't have the time to meticulously prepare everything I ate, I began gaining weight and losing energy. I put off trying Soylent because I am a picky eater but I decided to take the risk. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID! I am now drinking half a bottle every morning for breakfast and the other half around 3pm, and it has completely changed my diet for the better.
