On Friday, at 6:25 p.m., police were called for an armed person in the area of Kingston Road and Orchard Valley Court.The victim taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.The suspect fled the scene before police got there.The victim’s status has since been upgraded to stable.
A 13-year-old boy from Pickering is charged with: Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Assault with a Weapon, Possess Weapon Dangerous to the Public, and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
