9 The Capitol Will Be A Major Location Unlike The Hunger Games, the Capitol will be the main location in Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. Though Katniss and Peeta spent time in the Capitol on their way to the games, they were always outsiders. Coriolanus, however, is a citizen of the Capitol. That means audiences will see more of the Capitol than they have before as he navigates the Academy and the games.
6 District 12's Tribute Is Very Different Compared To Katniss Though Lucy Gray and Katniss are both from District 12, their similarities end there. While Katniss was stoic and uninterested in the Capitol’s spectacle, Lucy Gray charms the Capitol audience from the day of her reaping. She is a member of a traveling music troupe known as the Covey, and she wins the Capitol’s favor with her singing and guitar skills.
