Houston St. $45-$150,Guest artist Randall Goosby, a protégé of Itzhak Perlman, will be featured in a performance of Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto. The orchestra also will perform Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4 and Mexican composer Carlos Chavez’s orchestration of Buxtehude’s Chaconne in E Minor. Tito Munoz conducts.
