UPDATE: One person has died in a double shooting that happened early Monday near San Jose State University, police said.
Authorities responded to the shooting around 3:08a.m. in the 400 block of South 10th Street, according to a tweet from San Jose police.One male victim with a life threatening injury, one female with a non-life threatening injury.
