One man is dead and another injured after a confrontation ended in a shooting in the parking lot at Palmer’s Airport Hyundai off Airport Boulevard

) - Tuesday evening, according to the Mobile Police Department.According to the Mobile Police Chief Paul Prine, a known man and an employee got into a confrontation. Prine said both men pulled out guns and shot each other.

Both men were taken to the hospital. One man died. The other is is guarded condition, according to Prine. It was unclear which of the men died and their ages were unavailable. Prine said it was also unclear whether one man was a customer. There were also other people present at the time of the shooting, he said.

“This was an isolated incident, it appears,” Prine said, adding that there is no threat to the community.Gov.
