The Summit County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Dorothy Gatlin.
AKRON, Ohio - According to Akron firefighters, a 70-year-old woman died and another adult victim was injured in an apartment building fire Saturday evening.
Firefighters said they arrived at the West High Apartments on South Maple Street around 7:30 p.m. to find heavy smoke coming from the fourth floor of the building.The second victim was treated for minor injuries.Copyright 2022 WOIO. All rights reserved.
